I didn't realize that it's been almost a year since I last blogged! Where has the time gone? Well...I can tell you. My husband and I bought our first home, then we welcomed our precious baby girl, Michelle, and then time really slipped past me. I've been so busy just trying to juggle raising my family and trying to squeeze in some creating time. My shop still isn't up and running like I hoped. (I'm so sorry) My house still needs lots of TLC, and my new challenge...potty training Nathaniel! It is a little discouraging and we are only on Day 1! I knew potty training was going to be hard...but man it's REALLY HARD! I've read all kinds of blogs, Pinterest ideas, asked other moms...they make it seem like a piece of cake. No so! I'm hoping and praying the other days will be a great success. God has given me the ultimate challenge really? Raising kids. I love every minute if it! But, I'm not going to lie, there are some really tough days. It's our duty as a woman of God to raise our children up, love them, tend to their every need/care, and be there for challenge along the way. I'm slowly learning to give it all to God and try to see His light in everything no matter what.
Oh my! This blog is supposed to be about my journey of my Etsy shop...sorry. Once again, it's still unopened and a work in progress. I'm trying to update, organize, and create new quilts for my grand re-opening. My goal is to be fully functioning May or June. In the meantime, I will try to keep everyone updated more often.
